I trusted Thomas Mirabile with my immigration case, and he shattered that trust completely. He filed the wrong form and even inserted the forged signature of my deceased ex-husband. My I-485 was filled with biographic mistakes — false criminal answers, mixed-up passport information, and missing names — errors that damaged my credibility with USCIS. He failed to collect all required financial documents from my joint sponsor, which triggered a devastating RFE. During this crisis, he left the country without giving me any prior notice. I was not informed beforehand, and while he was away he ignored my messages, refused to release my file, and when I tried to retrieve it in person, he actually threatened to call security on me. Because of his negligence, I was forced to hire new attorneys, repay USCIS filing fees, and repeat medical exams. My total financial loss caused by his actions was $17,430 — which includes his $4,500 fee and an additional $12,930 I had to spend to repair and re-file my case. I also waited more than six months and tried to resolve this matter privately. I contacted him multiple times requesting a refund of the unearned fee, but he ignored every message and refused to cooperate. This experience caused enormous financial and emotional harm. Please be extremely careful before hiring this attorney.

Thomas helped my wife and I put together her green card packet, prepare us for the green card interview, and even accompanied us to the interview (most lawyers will charge you extra for that last part. It was all inclusive with Mirabile law). With the hard work of him and his associates, I am very happy to say my wife is receiving her green card in the mail next week. Thomas was responsive, always readily available, and very professional with our case. He has a deep bed of experience to draw knowledge from, and has been working in immigration and dealing with the USCIS for over 40 years as I understand it. Every bit of his experience shows when you hire him to represent you and your family. Before choosing Thomas as our immigration lawyer, we received quotes from various other lawyers for more than double the price of Mirabile law. However, do not let their lower prices fool you into thinking that the quality of service they provide is lesser than those more expensive lawyers. My wife and I were every bit happy with the quality and care Mirabile law took with our case.
