The front desk staff is horrible. I am a diabetic and had parked in the parking lot, ran to grab a lunch around the corner as I was going to stop into the law Center to inquire about services that I had been speaking to someone about earlier in the week. I was not away from my car longer then 5 minutes. I returned to a rather older woman with long curly hair was posting a "Do not park here sticker." Which I can understand, had I been parked for an extended period of time. I literally walked to the opposite side of a gate grabbed a bag, hugged my mom and returned to my vehicle. Perhaps I should have checked in before walking around the corner, literally, to the other side of a black fence at the end of the side walk to meet my mom, who had already grabbed my bag lunch to hand to me so I could eat quickly in the car before heading into the office. When I said to her, I hope that comes off, she said, "Oh I'm so scared". Rather unprofessional, and nasty, dressed in clothing that looked like she was heading to a club and not work. Needless to say, I ate my lunch as intended, and looked for another law office to consult for help. DEPSITE the rave reviews of the lawyers them selves, whoever that woman was, is enough for me, personally to not return.

Mr. Montero is top notch! There is no one else like him in the industry. Hardest working and will do his best for his client.

Very annoying of service I only asked to make an agreement to live in another state with my son and the father agrees to sign but 4 months have passed and I already paid 700 dollars and they have not made the agreement I keep calling and he does not return the Call I do not recommend this place at all if it is so for a simple role as it will be for more difficult cases ????

Despite my case not be in his field he spoke with me for over 30 mins on the phone, guiding me to the right direction , without mention any moment of “retainer”, “fees” etc like many other vultures in Broward County. This lady came outside with white hair, she was definitely an older lady and seemed to work here at Montero Law Center. I was going inside to speak to an attorney, however I wanted to grab a coffee first because I was downtown. This lady told I needed to move my car immediately and I couldn’t Park there in the lot. I explained my situation but basically she just repeated herself and closed the office door! As she had the door closed she actually watched me through the window and so I waved because I thought that was very creepy and unprofessional considering I was going to go inside after grabbing a coffee. Never going back and I hope they hear from me on Yelp too.
