My significant other is suing a nursing home & has chosen this office to represent him.

Although my experience having to hire attorneys wasn’t what I wanted to do & it wasn’t a pleasant journey; it is what was needed and Moran law firm tried to make it less painful as possible. I actually found this attorneys office on a whim because I live in Vegas and the case was in Calif. The attorneys down to David, the paralegal were impeccable. No nonsense and takes care of business. I came across their name/number strolling thru the yellow pages (google). Called a few others, Moran took my case & did an excellent job. They’d keep me updated on my mother’s case, if zoom meetings were necessary, they scheduled them and my whole family would join. Had to ask some pretty intense questions but, needed to get the job done. They offered & opened up the phone lines to Myself & my family if anyone needed to reachnout to them with questions however, to minimize them from getting inundated with questions; I tried to stay on top of that. One issue, I personally think they need to handle, was the front end secretary(whatever her title is). She answers the phones. I’m not sure if she’s still there; I personally told them how rude she was; ALWAYS and I told HER how rude she was. Hopefully, something was said to her so that she changed her demeanor/attitude. I can’t recall how long it took; not too long to settle the case. Something I’d like to forget🙂. I STILL miss my mom to this day💔. Thank you Moran Law firm for a job well done.

First and foremost let me say Monroe law I found them by searching and searching and searching I went to several firms that claim to be able to help me but they couldn't you see this case was very sensitive and dear to me because it was my mother and ask anyone knows when it's something so sensitive as your mom you want the best this firm Monroe law went over and above they treated me with the utmost respect not only did they go over that but let me say this I was in good hands they took me by the hand in every step I could not ask for anything else even when I thought all else would fail they pulled it through without a glitch and got me more than I had ever anticipated so if you're looking for someone that cares and shows respect and love this is the family for you because it was for me

These people lack decency. Glad that was displayed because the very next day I found representation at zero cost to me. They explained I have a 6 figure lawsuit–easy. Very confident because the medical records indicate doctors lied. Jurors disdain lying doctors. This firm couldn't figure that out. Don't waste your time with these ambulance chasers and seek competent representation.
