If I could give Brett and his team 10 stars, I would! I was very upset with myself for being in this position after working so hard on my credit in the past. I had to accept that with the debt I had, I could no longer manage even the minimum payments. Brett is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and most of all patient. It took me several months to decide if I was going to file. Every doubt or question I had, Brett helped answer. He let me make my own decision with whether or not I was going to file and was there for me when I decided to do so. The day I filed. I was scared and nervous but reassured. The day I had my hearing it was not bad at all like I thought it would be. Brett prepared me well. During my 60 day waiting period. Brett and his team communicated and provided updates to my case. They provided my 60 day waiting period date and as it got closer to that date, provided an estimated discharge date. On that date, Brett emailed me telling me congratulations and that my case has been discharged. I couldn’t believe it. We talked on the phone because I really needed to hear it. The burden of trying to keep up with payments were done. I could start new. I’m extremely grateful that Brett was my attorney in this matter. Never once did I feel judged and that was important to me. I was treated with respect. Thank you Brett and team!!

Brett and Jen have done a great Job helping me with Bankruptcy. Brett always answered my questions quickly and has been right there with me the whole time. Jenn (Brett's Assistance) has always been there for me every step of the way. I tend to ask a lot of questions and neither of them ever minded. My papers were filed quickly and on time. Brett even called just to talk through them with me and make sure everything was there as I wanted it. My reaffirming my car debt was done and easily. My garnished wages were released immediately and I got back everything that was garnished. The whole process was really straight forward and simple.
