Mountain West Disability

I had an incredibly unique and weird situation regarding SSA and the fee petition forms, so I thought to call around to SSA attorneys since contract law attorneys are not super familiar with the SSA process. Lisa and the attorney she spoke to were so generous with their time, great listeners, very kind, and were able to point me in a direction for further assistance— which is far more than I can say for the last three attorneys offices I reached out to. If I ever needed to hire an SSA attorney in the future, I’d absolutely give Mountain West Disability a call again :)

The people here are so kind and so very helpful. I’ve been hospitalized so much the last year, however they will still call to check up on me and they make this whole process a lot less stressful. They are definitely here for you! I love the people here I seriously am soo grateful for them because lord knows I couldn’t do this all alone especially with what I’m going through. Definitely have them help you you won’t regret it.

They are worthless

Best Service ever they were always available when I called them plus always on top of all required paperwork needed. They are all very professional but in my personal experience I loved the individual treatment I got from Sarah. She is the best and goes above and beyond any expectation she has A++++. I do know the main reason I got approved was because I got them involved. Sometimes we think we can do things on our own but Mountain West Disability did make a difference when it came to getting my disability appealed. Thank you!! I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to submit a disability claim. Trust me it is worth it.

Mountain West Disability has been absolutely amazing! Matt (attorney) originally filed my case 4 years ago. He believed in my case, stuck with it and I was finally approved on May 4, 2022. I have always had great communciation from his staff (Brandan and Sarah) in that they always kept me apprised of what was going on and what to expect. I highly recommend these guys if you're looking for a place to handle your disability. The process is long and there is a ton of paperwork and the people at SSI like to say NO too much. Mountain West people made that mountain of paperwork easy. They were compassionate and thorough. I got my disability on the first try !!! They are nice and professional and they get the job done. That's real. I'm not a paid reviewer or a robot. I'm a real person and they really really helped me.

They are by far the most attentive attorneys I have worked with . Always available to answer my calls and communicate with me more than I expected. Knowledgeable and are really taking an interest in getting me approved for ssdi after my accident and amputation. If your filing for ssdi I recommend giving them a call.
