Thank you for your response. However no reason was given to me in the email, not that it matters now but my feedback pertaining to the lack of information you could provide at our face to face meeting while being told to sign on the provided tablet without even asking if I had any questions was concerning. I had walked in fully prepared & excited to work with you! Compared to all the other attorneys i had interviewed by phone I feel it was worth mentioning. Pretentious & unhelpful. My very ez to win case turned out to be a slam dunk. I won the full amount elsewhere. The consultation with Rebecca was a one-way interrogation: endless questions, zero answers. When I turned the tables and asked a few basic questions, her go to response was "can't tell you that" Not exactly inspiring confidence. I found friendlier, more competent counsel everywhere else i called. Then, a full month later, long after I'd moved on I received a formal email declining to work with me & no reason given. I had to laugh.

Rebecca Emert represented me during the absolute most desperate time in my life, and I truly cannot say enough about her. Rebecca stepped up, took on my case, and fought as if she were fighting for herself. Her dedication, strength, and commitment made all the difference during one of the hardest seasons of my life. What set Rebecca apart from all the other attorneys that I interviewed ((there were many)) was her straightforward communication about the process, the timeline, and what my expectations should be. She prepared me mentally for the fight ahead and set me up for success by being honest and realistic from the start. The staff at Mowrey Law was also incredibly impressive. The communication between Rebecca, her paralegal, and myself was consistent and professional. At no point did I feel unheard or like my case was not being actively worked on. And the best part? A year later…WE PREVAILED Completely!!! I will always be grateful for Rebecca and her team for standing with me and fighting for justice when I needed it most.
