My experience with this firm, is that they work with insurance companies instead of their own clients. My case has been stalled for over a year with no reason. I have asked over & over for status and/or asked for next step procedure with no reply. I have tried to hire a different law firm & I can’t because of the stage of the case & contract that was signed. My mistake was not researching law firm’s. If an EMT in the back of an ambulance give you a business card after you just been in a life changing accident with “Moye Law Firm” name on it, throw it away... Please do yourself a favor and research law firms before deciding because it will be a life changing decision! I am stuck with this law firm office how ever it ends. The way I have been treated is worse then the actual accident it self.... (Update to my initial review 6/16) Seven - Eight weeks back, I kept calling and wanted to speak about my case... David Moye would not call me or reply to my emails. I then got a call back from Tracy Moye wanting to be caught up on the case. I had to review 18 months of what was said to Mr. Moye and Justin, his power legal (that left them after passing the bar exam.. good for him) I emailed a detailed time frame of events to get Ms. Moye caught up.. Felt good with the initial conversation thinking "things are getting done now". I was wrong again, call after call, email after email with no response. Today I spoke to Tracy Moye, only to be told I was dropped weeks ago because of my review, with a certified letter that I never received because the Moye Law firm never updated my contact information when I gave it to them in email form in January 2020... How can a law firm of 20+ years of service only have 3 review? And with two of them being one star or less.... It should make you go, hmmmm (Update to my initial review 2/5) Moye Law Firm is trying to have a new Google Business Page as "David Moye Law Firm" a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating from three months of clients. I will keep updating my dealings with this firm until I get my letter of release so I can go to a real firm.
