When I called to set up my initial appointment to have them create some estate documents, including a will we were called back almost immediately. I am currently a client and I need to make some adjustments to my last will and testament I have called multiple times left voice messages. Spoke with a receptionist and asked her to please send me an email and carbon copy our attorney which never happened. I have emailed to no avail. I do not suggest working with this group as it appears they will jump all over you to secure your business, but they are not so responsive when it comes to servicing their clients.
