Would give 0 if I could. This has been an absolutely awful experience...and I've had A LOT. 0 fing communication from them. You'll get a blanket text or email saying some nonsensical BS. Asking for a call back is futile because they refuse. IF and that's a very big IF, they do respond, its NEVER with the same person and talking an actual attorney handling your case?!?! 🤣🤣🤣 Laughable. 9 years on a hernia mesh case and still no resolution AFTER I was told, "a settlement has been reached and payouts will begin in January 2026." It is now June 26...some BS about cases being reviewed again?!!? So either we have a settlement or we don't. All I get is excuses. Perhaps its time to contact the Texas bar association?! Utter garbage. 0 put of 10. Do not recommend.

They weren’t helpful and didn’t make sure I was taken care of. My needs weren't address.

They never call you back, no communication, until they decide not to pursue my case in a year in a half , I may have spoke to them twice, no explanation as to why they will no longer represent me. I DO Not RECOMMEND this so call law group !!!!!!

We have had a case with this law firm for over 5 years now. The attorney handling the case has changed more times than I can count. They do not reply to emails or voicemails. I settlement was supposedly reached 1.5 years ago with no payout. I assume the longer that drags on the more money the law firm gets. Do research and read actual reviews on this firm. They are not good. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else.

After utilizing Mr. Nachawati and his previous partner Fears for almost 20 years on several legal matters it is disheartening to say this is not the law firm it used to be. Sending my family for treatments and tests assuring them that if no settlement was reached, he would not be responsible for any costs of the services only to drop the case over untrue and outrageous claim that is proven with video to be 100% false is beyond unacceptable. Protecting ones HIPPA rights and standing your ground when an unprofessional and rude clinic tech insists you voice your private medical information in front of strangers in a waiting room is grounds for the law firm dropping your case so be careful. After being treated for several weeks and having a truly awesome relationship with all the staff there some person on their first day there tries to violate his HIPPA rights and he stands his ground, and the law firm reacts by dismissing his case without any explanation or asking his side of it. Reading the reviews and complaints from so many others over the last 2 years makes it clear what has happened to a once amazing law firm!! Sad to see this happen but, hopefully Mr. Nachawati will take all the feedback serious and make some changes to steer this ship back on course.

Giving a two star review because I think my attorney did anything to get the best he could for me, but as far as communication I give this place a fat ZERO stars. Nobody answers emails/texts, and even calls half the time. It takes at least a week for someone to get back to you. I get this is a large corporation but when you’re assigned someone, it shouldn’t take that long to get back with you. If you’re big on communication like myself— I would look elsewhere.

My experience thus far has been good in recent years as I am now able to speak directly with a lawyer or representative of the law firm about my case. The later years were very difficult and challenging for me as I was unable to reach anyone at all which was quite frustrating. The only person that I was able to speak with during those difficult and challenging times was Ms. Etta Bagley. She understood what l was going through with my illness. She treated me with the utmost respect, dignity, compassion, and unconditional love, that kept me strong throughout the years that I have been dealing with this issue.

I get it, Going after Big Pharma can't be easy but I signed on for the Talc powder law suit in 2011. 15 years ago ,I don't get updates I call and and get generic answers. The last time I called ,I requested copies of my case and I'm still waiting . Like, come on already!
