⭐ Disappointing Experience I retained this law office to assist with finalizing my divorce and child support matter. While my case initially progressed smoothly, my experience changed after it was reassigned within the firm. Communication became limited, and I primarily interacted with staff rather than directly with the attorney responsible for my case. I raised concerns that I believed were important to the outcome and requested additional action; however, from my perspective, those issues were not pursued as I expected. At the court hearing, I believed the case was strongly supported by the information and documentation I had provided. However, I felt my case was not presented with the level of preparation I had anticipated, especially considering the fees charged. I was billed approximately $16,500 for about two and a half months of representation, and I expected clearer communication, stronger preparation, and more consistent advocacy. Legal matters like divorce and child support are extremely difficult for families and children involved. During such an important time, I was hoping for more guidance, preparation, and support throughout the process. Choosing the right attorney matters deeply, and I hope my experience helps others make a fully informed decision before moving forward.

Neda is a terrible attorney who should be disbarred for dishonesty. Personally dealing with her as Pro Per against my ex husband. She is so bad that my husband and I are going to team up (first time ever since the divorce) to give the California Bar Association all of our documents. We have been trying to settle and her office keeps avoiding it in order to rack up more money from my soon to be ex husband. We have emails from both sides asking her to put very specific wording in a stipulation to avoid future confusion and 3 times she has purposely wrote it wrong and continues to bill my ex husband for repeat services to send the same document. It’s seems as though I’m not the only one that says this reading recent reviews from others. Good thing we can come together for a good cause. There are plenty of better more honest, attorneys out there. Even her associate attorney knows she is dishonest. He was the one handling our case and working with us and she sent me an email saying she will be overseeing everything he does. Really lady that seems like trust issue to me. Anyway please avoid if you don’t want to pay and exuberance for terrible representation. Update: Thank you for blanket response. As stated in my review, I was pro per against my husband, that usually indicate opposing party. First, I would like to use that as an example to inform people of your inability to pay attention to detail. No need to re-inform the public of that. Secondly, I would like to inform everyone that there is BAR complaint that was filed and I will be happy to update the review, based on the outcome of that formal complaint.

Before consulting with Neda, I had met with other local attorneys. I chose to be represented by Neda because I felt that she was able to give a fair and honest assessment of my situation. Neda and her team made me feel comforted with compassion during difficult circumstances, and walked me through the process we endured step by step. I found Neda and her team to be competent and professional, and would highly recommend her for your family legal needs.

Unless you have a ton of money to waist go for it. $15k will get you a bunch off emails and a court date representing yourself because you have no more money to give them. Don’t use this firm!

Neda and her entire team were nothing professionals who surpass expectations and epitomize dedication to get the job done. Furthermore, I would recommend them if you have a case you need to win.

Neda is a good divorce attorney, but her staff is a revolving door. Unless you have very deep pockets she will only show up once. She leaves her staff of incompetent employees to cover your case. I employed her office for a little over a year with serious issues and got nowhere. Like I said Neda is a bulldog but her staff leaves a lot to be desired and I couldn’t afford their short comings for her office to finish my case.

Working with this firm was great and ideal for my situation. With the experience and background they have it was meant for me to be at this firm. I was fighting a custody battle in family court which resulted in a 50/50 agreement between me and the opposing party. What you want in a legal firm is to feel as if they care about your case and I can tell you they definitely do. Working with every portion of their firm was ideal and fast from Shane, Mr.Adame, Megan, Edward, and Neda Aguirre. They have knowledge of the court system, what local judges look for, evaluators, and other opposing tactics other firms may use to win in these situations. Please use this firm if you really want a group of people who will have your back during this hard time. They are reviews about the cost of this firm. It is money well spent and they are flexible.

I have been very pleased with Ms. Aguirre and her law office. I had 2 other lawyers for my divorce case prior to Ms. Aguirre and she excelled where they fell short. She and all of her staff are incredibly professional and I feel that they represented me in a way that addressed all of my concerns. They counseled well and managed my expectations in a way that made me feel heard and validated. I truly felt like they cared about my matter and their attention to detail and thoroughness was evidence of that. If you want representation that you can depend on and truly fight for you, then I could not recommend the Law Office of Neda Aguirre more.

Ms. Aguirre is the best family law attorney. From our first meeting she explained things to me in terms I could understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings.
