Bobby Barrera and his team have represented me and my family/friends for the better part of 2 decades; I firmly believe that he's the best trial attorney in the state of Texas perhaps even in the country when it comes to criminal and civil law. Took mother to their office from referral by other individual this was in Oct. 2017 was given guidance to file devotee papers as this would stop sisters power of attorney which she used to drain parents savings. Was told to gather all information this meant doing all research and discovery on our own. Provided all documents we could all well before Nov. 2017 then nothing till Jan. 2018 when we were told to show up in court only to find out attorney hired had no intent to fight for my mother. Everything done by their office was just a settlement plan to get no justice for my mother in any shape or form. To date the last word we got was that my sister played to judge and the settlement was that she got to keep my mothers jewelry and no retirement funds for my mother also no more court dates. So they will take your cash and do no work and if your not a big cash client expect to be brushed to the side with no priority on efforts put into your case.

***update I won my case against him through the State Bar*** First I was told my case was closed a year ago(July 2012). Lawyer avoided my calls And requests I made for paperwork. I called the State Bar to report then all the sudden we were in court a week after (December 2012). Judge ruled in my favor in April 2013 and now it's July 2013 and I still can't get any closing documents from them. I told their office I would call the bar again and the lawyer yelled at me on the phone and told me never to call their office ever again! I have no idea why this review keeps getting removed, but please be careful and be ready to do all the work yourself! They won't look at your evidence cause they don't plan on going to court but they'll take your money anyway!
