I previously left a review expressing my frustration with this firm, and I want to provide an update. After many months of poor communication, lack of follow-up, and overall dissatisfaction, our case was reassigned to Jailyn, and the experience completely changed. She has been phenomenal. Since working with her, I’ve received consistent communication, including weekly calls with updates. Any questions I’ve had were answered clearly and confidently. She even asked what amount I was hoping for in the settlement and worked diligently to secure a little more than what I initially requested. That level of effort and transparency made a huge difference for me. She has, by far, been the best encounter I’ve had with this firm. Thank you, Jailyn, for restoring our confidence and handling our case with the professionalism and attention it deserved. Initial Review: My husband and I were referred to this law firm by someone that spoke highly of them. But our experience hasn’t been any like theirs. The communication from the beginning has been lacking to the point of none. We’ve only ever spoke to the lawyer twice. Once in the beginning once they received our case, second only because I sent an email regarding the case manager we had that didn’t seem to know how to do her job. We went months without treatment or her responding because the place they sent us to wasn’t doing anything to help us gain relief plus more. The case manager was switched and the communication is still lacking. Our demand letter was submitted mid October. And to this date hasn’t heard anything back. I had to call the new case manager to see what was going on. Because we’d only ever gotten the generic text that they hadn’t heard anything back. Only to find out they had and not told us that the insurance company asked for an extension. That was supposed to be a week long. They gave them two weeks for good faith. And now it’s been a month since they were due to respond and two and a half since I called the case manager to see what was going on. I see others have had good experiences, but we haven’t. We wish we’d left in the beginning when the first case manger was seriously lacking and told us our demand was being sent for $50,000 a piece. Ma’am we were hit by a SCHOOL BUS that has a million dollar policy over a year ago that accepted liability in February 2025! This was my first ever wreck hopefully never another and dealing with a law firm and it has not been a good experience whatsoever. Nor helpful and good communication like others have said. Ridiculous.

I definitely and genuinely felt cared for while working with Ana as she represented Jailyn… even when speaking with Jailyn I never felt like a dollar sign!
