Our experience with this firm has been disappointing and frustrating. We worked with them for several months on handling mechanic’s liens, expecting clarity and efficiency, but instead found that they often spent hours on unnecessary research without confirming whether we even wanted them to proceed. That approach drove up costs and wasted time. What’s worse, we were misled about lien timing requirements. After following the process they previously said was acceptable, they later claimed we had “lost our lien rights” due to timing—something that could have been prevented with proactive communication or clearer guidance early on. When concerns were raised, both David and Aymen were dismissive and defensive, showing little humility or accountability for their part in the confusion. It often felt like they viewed their work as flawless rather than being open to collaboration or feedback. If you’re considering this firm, be very careful to confirm what you’re authorizing them to research or bill for. And make sure you fully understand their timelines and assumptions—because they won’t take responsibility if their guidance causes issues later.
