We came to this law firm to revise our wills and trusts. The amount of expertise is beyond description. The detail and simple explanations made this process easy from the initial meeting with attorney Horowitz to the signing of all the documents with paralegal Anne Johnson. Anne was very knowledgeable and professional. She explained everything and made signing easy. She is a gem!!

Today I met with Anne Louise Johnson, a paralegal at Nirenstein & Horowitz. The law firm created my Revocable Trust in 2007 and I was there a few weeks ago to update after several laws changed. Mailed an advertisement addressed to my mother and father after my father has been dead for five and a half years. When I called the number listed, I got a recording saying I was out of their calling area. We live in Putnam, an hour away from Hartford and still in state. Worthless vampires

After my father's death, as executor I chose to work with the firm because of my father's positive experience with them closing my mother's estate. Their team made the 10-month process as seamless as possible, considering that I live outside the US and was only once able to meet them in person. Numerous times, the attorney and paralegal working with me went to unusual lengths to solve problems caused by my inability to be in the US. Questions were always promptly and clearly answered, and sympathy and sense of humor were deployed as appropriate during the process. The amount of time and effort Nirenstein, Horowitz saved me was well worth the legal fees. And peace of mind is priceless.

My wife and I went to a seminar given by Barry Horowitz. It was a very comprehensive discussion about the A-B Living Trust. We then decided to schedule a one hour free consultation with Barry. We chose this firm because of their tax knowledge. After discussing our needs we had a Living Trust with two Sub Trusts along with a continuous Sub Trust, a Medicaid Deed and an Irrevocable Trust created. A large thanks goes to Sasha Henderson who, with much patience, explained multiple aspects of the various Trusts. If she did not know an answer, which was rare, she called in another member of the firm to clarify a couple tax questions pertinent to the Irrevocable Trust. Without Barry's and Sasha's knowledge we would not have been aware of the benefit of the Sub Trusts. Thanks again to all.
