Lizz and Alex handled my divorce case. I was in a very abusive marriage, was a stay at home mom, and had 3 kids. They saved my life! I got custody of my kids, my home, my ex had to take drug tests (whenever I felt necessary) when he had the kids every other weekend, and the equivalent of a 5 year TPO. To top it off, I paid 1/3 of what my ex paid in attorneys fees. Also, Lizz and Alex are husband and wife so you're really getting 2 lawyers for the price of one. I highly recommend them! They're just, honestly, great human beings. They care.

I went Hait & Kuhn in May of 2013 to review an uncontested divorce. My consultation was with Liz Kuhn. She did an excellent job reviewing the uncontested. She explained some things and I determined I was getting a pretty raw deal. So I had my (now) ex-wife served with a contested divorce. It was a long and tough road but Hait & Kuhn was really there for me. We all worked very hard. I mediated joint custody but when my ex tried to move our daughters hundred of miles away, I was given my options and we ended up modifying custody. I, as a man, ended up the custodial parent of my daughters! There were several hearings and we rigorously prepared for each and every one. The staff I interacted with, Ali, Carly & Whitney, are also professional and courteous; I never thought I would enjoy a pretrial meeting! Keep up the good work Hait & Kuhn! Alex was very knowledgeable but most of my interaction was with Liz. She is an impressive litigator, who definitely has a passion for law. In trial she was quick on her feet and had a rhythm to her questioning I found quite effective. The entire firm has been responsive to my inquiries, via telephone and email. I would definitely refer friends and family and return to their firm for any legal services. UPDATE: I again used NML in 2021, Lizz and I are friends, it was a challenging case but she and her staff were again there every step of the way helping me navigate the difficulties. I'm lucky to have found such a passionate, intelligent and qualified lawyer with an equally professional and courteous staff. I have recommended their services to friends and would do so again.

This is a review about the mostly quiet law firm of North Metro Litigators. While others focus on noise and publicity, this Law firm is focused on excellence and results. I am a Cardiovascular Specialist Physician. I was lucky to dabble into this law firm when I was hit with a Custody case early last year . My appointment to meet with the Principals of this law firm , Lizz and Alex was immediate . As soon as we got into the meeting , I can sense intelligence, and unrelenting probe into understanding my particular case and its peculiarities and the process of initiating a method right from the start . The office environment was without grandiosity . I was sold on retaining the law firm. What can I say , I was impressed throughout with their handling of my case . Lizz and Alex were absolutely dedicated to my case. They did everything right. It will not have mattered whether I won my case or not. It just happened that I won. The fees charged me was two steps below their quality of service and experience . To me it was a bargain. I had the means to afford this legal service. But what I saw throughout my case , were occasional prospective client who could not afford this high quality representation but who they found a way to represent .. They have a designated employee who works with these less affording prospective client to find a way to make their legal service affordable.. That really impressed me . In my previous experience with successful , competent law firms , this trait is very unusual. I encourage anyone seeking legal representation to consider this law firm..
