‼️‼️STEER CLEAR‼️‼️Whatever you do stay FAR AWAY from this place! What a complete scam they are. I fully understand they can’t guarantee a win just because you paid them-HOWEVER when you do pay them they should actually do work for you. They are really friendly & talkative BEFORE they get your money then they ghost you and don’t reply. They are lazy-incompetent-slow to respond-and when you finally call them they always use the excuse they were just about to call you. I had a ton of evidence to use with my case and called the paralegal about. She told me not to worry that’s what I paid them for. The day of court the attorney was slow to show up barely making it there in time for court so we had zero time to really talk beforehand. This lawyer brought NOTHING and I mean nothing! He was pathetic at best and even though he knew we were doing 2 cases that day decided to wait till the day of court to tell me I didn’t retain him to defend me. Umm WHAT?! You knew from the get go BEFORE you all took payment. He barely said a word and did nothing but warm a chair. After court he told me he would process my appeal FOR FREE! When I met back with him to talk about that as well as I asked for billable hours for them to show me what they even did for me. None of that was provided and he looked me in my eyes and told me he never said he would process my appeal for free. Once I questioned everyone he raised his voice at me and told me to leave. Horrible place and even more horrible to scam someone who is on SSDI and just dealt with breast cancer If you would like to see the lawyers horrible performance I’ll link a YouTube video of the court proceedings. Knowing that Arizona is a state you can record in I suggest anyone who goes here records EVERY meeting with their attorney so they can’t turn around and lie about their services later. It’s been well over a year since I’ve had my case open with this law firm, thus far it’s been a terrible experience. From the start, communication was practically nonexistent. I constantly have to chase them for updates, and my calls and text messages often go unanswered for days, onto weeks, months! The lack of customer service is very appalling – Right now I feel like my case is an afterthought. The delays in response is causing significant setbacks and added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking reliable and attentive legal representation!!!!

A while ago I suffered an accident and the service I received was first class. strongly advise against retaining Nunez Law Firm. My experience has been one of extreme frustration, unacceptable delays, and a complete lack of professional communication. My case has been ongoing for nearly two and a half years, with virtually no tangible progress. Every time I call the office seeking an update, I am given an excuse, and nothing changes. The most egregious issue is the firm's failure to return calls. I have repeatedly been told, "I will leave a message for Rosa to give you a call back," but I have not received a single returned call from anyone at the firm. This consistent pattern of being ignored is unprofessional and disrespectful to a client who has entrusted them with their legal matter. The process has been incredibly frustrating. If you are looking for a lawyer who will actively manage your case and keep you informed, I honestly do not recommend coming here.

I could have gone with a state attorney and gotten the same results, they did absolutely nothing for me but take my money. Paid in front the 10k because it was a discount if you paid in full, but then they just stop representing after the court hearing. They don’t offer any follow ups or to help afterwards . Even if it’s for the same case, they ask that you pay another 10k if it’s after the hearing, however if I would have paid in payments, they would still be helping after the court hearing since it’s not paid in full. Once you pay in full that’s it— no follow up.

After 7 months in ICE detention, my father is finally home as a permanent resident 💚 Thank you, attorney Salvador Macías, Gloria, and Bianey. My father definitely had a tough case, and after 3 hearings, he was denied bail. Salvador didn't give up and decided to keep fighting against all odds. In the end, the same judge who denied bail granted the cancellation of the deportation proceedings! The judge said we had changed her mind and praised Salvador's work 👩‍⚖️ It's rare to see victories like this these days, so we feel very blessed and fortunate 🙏☘️
