Rick Nutter and his staff were amazing throughout the entire process. Initially we received contact very quickly. He walked my husband and I through the entire process, step by step. Every entity that worked on our case was thorough and explained their process. We did not receive one single bill from beginning to end. Although the process took much longer than anticipated due to COVID restrictions, every step of the process was thoroughly communicated. We never felt like we were a case number. Not only did he provide advice on this case and personally handled every detail, another family emergency occurred and he provided an excellent reference for that matter as well. I am thoroughly convinced, had we been represented by another entity, we would have never received a settlement without having to go through the court and hoping a jury provided an adequate settlement. Should another situation arise, he will be our first contact. I cannot recommend him and his organization highly enough.
