From what would’ve been 13 points on my license & a definite suspension, reduced to 0 points. Amazing firm. Julie Kirk the office manger was very knowledgeable & always updated me in a timely manner on top of being very kind and reassuring. Joseph Megale was the attorney who represented me in court & he was fantastic as well; Would give 10 stars if possible. I’ll only be using this firm if needed in the future

UPDATE: Four years later and yet another GREAT result thanks to NY Ticket Defenders! I received a ticket for rolling a stop sign back in October. I called Wendy right away, and her and her team were once again able to file a motion to dismiss, and it was GRANTED!! Huge thank you once again to Wendy, Julie, and the whole team at NY Ticket Defenders for another wonderful win!! 100% recommend! Got pulled over one night in Farmingdale for making an illegal U-Turn (there was no clear sign stating it was illegal), and the cop decided to try and bury me with 4 tickets which added up to over $1200 in fines and 9 points on my license had I plead guilty. I made the excellent decision to hire Wendy, and she got all 4 tickets dismissed in court with not a scratch left on my record or fines to pay!! If you’re looking for a traffic court lawyer, don’t hesitate when hiring Wendy, she is the best in the business!!
