I have been using Old City Law for a couple years now and their team has been an amazing help for several stressful situations I've had to go through. I don't think I could ask for more.

I’m currently going through a renting issue that I need legal advice on and wanted to weigh options to see if I needed to move to a legal dispute down the road. I called this law office because of their great reviews and their website says they handle these types of issues. I called and spoke to an assistant and after explaining the situation, she put me on hold to speak with someone and came back with “they’re not taking on new clients” and also, “they’re not equipped to handle this issue right now”. When I asked if I could pay for an hour to get some direction on the situation as I wasn’t sure if this is even something I would immediately become a client for, I was put on hold for the 3rd time for around 15-20 minutes and I hung up at that point. I’m a local business owner. I mentioned this because I saw they did contractual work and I may want to use their services since my business is expanding. I don’t know who the assistant was speaking to off the phone but if it was the owner of this firm: Do better. Very short sighted business practices. The assistant at least was trying to refer me to other firms via Google search. I appreciate the effort on her part as she obviously was not getting help from the team. The 15-20 minute hold was the last straw and why I’m writing this review. Thanks for wasting my time. Won’t be recommending to anyone.
