I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share our experience so others can make an informed decision. There was a major lack of communication throughout our case. There were multiple times we would send messages throughout the week and not receive a response until days later. When we tried to schedule calls, we were often told someone would call “the next day” with no specific time, and then we’d receive random calls without notice. If we missed the call and tried calling back shortly after, we often couldn’t get a response at all. We also felt pressured at times when it came to medical treatment. It was presented in a way that made it seem like we needed to continue treatment, which didn’t always feel like it was in our best interest. Additionally, we were initially told to expect a much lower settlement amount. However, after choosing to move forward differently, the outcome appeared to exceed those expectations. That raised concerns for us about whether our best interests were always the priority. At one point, it was even explained to us that their goal is often to get clients around a third of the settlement, which didn’t sit right with us. Because of these experiences, it became difficult for us to fully trust the information and guidance we were receiving. Overall, our experience left us feeling like communication, transparency, and client advocacy could have been handled much better. I would strongly recommend asking detailed questions and making sure you are fully informed every step of the way if you choose to work with this firm.

They did a great with my case. I got nowhere with my insurance nor the other guy’s insurance (who was at fault) until Omega Law Group stepped in. I was updated with the status step by step. I got more from the settle than I expected and was made whole again. .

The process from start to finish was wonderful. They always answered my questions, I was always made aware of what step of the process we were in. They were very thorough in their questions, their reviews of the case, what they were in negotiations over and for, etc. I am very happy with the outcome and they fought very hard for my winnings to be as large as they could be from my total loss car accident. Overall, pleasant experience. It was a year duration for completion of case involving accident. Smooth, everything done via text or email; for which the attorneys stayed in contact. All Dr. appts , therapy session were seamless!
