It is a pleasure to write this review for attorney Joshua Orlan. I was involved in a violent car accident (was not at fault) that I was lucky to walk away from, though sustained significant injuries to my spine and elsewhere. Being new to the south Florida area I had no clue who to call, I had to go through two attorneys who said one thing then did another, did not want to fight for me, or handed me off to someone else in their office etc. I then called Mr. Orlan, and after explaining everything to him, he very quickly got familiar with my case, got me caught up and went to work on the other driver's insurance company who were delaying and switching adjusters etc. He filed a lawsuit (which most attorneys avoid) and had the lawsuit done and settled in ten months. From day one he communicated with me well, responded to my emails within 24 hours, took the time to explain things to me and was patient with me during settlement negotiations. I did not have insurance at the time of the accident and when I hired him I was in need of two disc replacements, and he negotiated a deal with my surgeon to get my surgery done before the lawsuit settled. He was formerly an insurance defense attorney and it was obvious he knows how insurance companies work. I was in a bad spot and he basically saved the day. He and his wife Cara are the only two people you will talk to and are very personable and likable. No complaints and very thankful I found him.
