I've placed a disability claim with them it's been over a year , I've never got a single call from an attorney it's all been costumer service people living in India or out of country. They don't give me any information and I'm.very frustrated because just last month they filed for my claim appeal and 3 weeks ago the VA claim made a decision and I got 0%. I want to continue this process on my own as it's way faster but nobody can give me an answer or I can't talk to anybody on how to end the contract they just tell me they are working on an approach . Nobody has ever contacted me to gather evidence or Anything it's crazy .
