If You Are Going Through a Divorce, Stay Away From This Firm My experience with this firm during my divorce was extremely frustrating and stressful. From start to finish, I felt like I had to manage the case myself instead of being properly represented. My first attorney, Neil (who later left the firm), failed to handle critical tasks. Just three days before court, I was told the settlement offer was not signed. I had to personally contact my wife to renegotiate the agreement, which led to delays. There were also basic administrative mistakes, including failure to submit court fees on time, causing further postponements. After my case was reassigned to Kevin , communication became worse. I received no responses to emails or calls for over 22 days, even with a final hearing approaching. He finally replied only four days before the hearing, explaining he was busy. This lack of urgency and communication was unacceptable. I paid all fees in advance, including a $2,500 retainer. The only positive experience was with Tamara in finance—I noticed a double charge myself, and she promptly refunded it and apologized professionally. A divorce is already difficult. You shouldn’t also have to chase your attorneys or fix their mistakes. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying away from this firm.
