Do not EVER chose this attorney! I lost my case because the attorney has hundreds of cases and is not able to handle or manage this many files. Therefore, he hired several administrative assistants posing as if there Attornies or paralegals but they are not. Several of them walked out of his office and l wasn’t notified! The Most horrible attorney ever! Both Attorney Peter Mbamalu and Robert Ozeran are extremely unethical. For example: After a two year span Peter attended my initial deposition and was supposed to go to part 2 and l never speak or see him again l called the office several times and they said he no longer works there?! Another prime example of Robert is that l spoke to him after l sign the documents and l never once spoke to him again EVER! These are used car salesmen looking for SUCKERS! If you decide to get another attorney they still get 15% off every file settlement, that is why your file is held hostage until you’re forced to or you realize they have no intention to settle. They can court appointments. MAKE SURE YOU SIGN DOCUMENTS (addendum) IN THE BEGINNING STATING IF NO SETTLEMENT YOU ARE ABLE TO GO TO ANOTHER ATTORNEY AND HIS OFFICE DOES NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING! They didn’t have an office l could go to and speak to anyone directly! I LOST BIG TIME….l lost EVERYTHING!!!! I lost because of the extreme neglects in hopes to receive a settlement! Regretfully l lost my case but lm leaving the message as a warning! This experience was definitely egregious predatory behavior on behalf of both attorneys!! I will be adding the photos of the results of my settlement and the amount!

Very unprofessional, do not answer calls. I have been calling for months trying to find out what happened with a deposition that I had with them in a about August of 2025. To this day , I have yet to receive a call back from anyone. That is very unprofessional.

Do yourself a favor and turn around. This is the most rude attorney I have ever encountered, to the point I came in and saw the reviews and this person literally harasses others that complain about his rude demeanor, he goes on to even call people mentally ill and you can simply see his responses - totally unacceptable and unprofessional responses. That on top of the fact he doesn’t ever respond to calls.

I was very happy with the communication and the help that Geneva and her Assistant provided throughout my case. I was very happy with the settlement amount that I received for my work injuries. I would recommend this Law office every time. They are very professional and informative of what was going with every aspect. So thanks so much. Ive tried multiple times and left multiple messages and have not received any communication from this law firm. I've attached a photo showing my call log and despite given them ample time to respond, not a single call was ever received from this firm.

The office of Robert Ozeran have been a great partner to work with, especially Guiliano. He was attentive and communicative throughout the entire process. Other Law firms dismissed my case,but after listening to them on the radio several times, I decided to give them a call. They listened to my case and got me the medical attention I needed and were able to secure proper compensation for my case. I highly recommend giving Ozeran Law a call!

If you expect to be treated with dignity and respect, Ozeran Law REALLY isn’t the place.

I was super surprised my case only took 4 months to settle after getting other law firms that gave me a no, i was referred to Ozeran Law by another law firm that is handling a separate employment matter. Pretty straight forward process from what their intake specialist described and they would give text updates on deposition date and any psych appointments they scheduled you for. I was nervous for my deposition but the attorney they hired to handle the matter explained the whole process and got my settlement offer right there. Thank you Delia and Ozeran Law!

I initiated my claim in April of 2024. I heard from the law office once, to schedule my physical therapy. It is now October 2025 and still nothing. My doctors have tried to get ahold of them and no luck. I have left many messages to have someone to return my calls and still nothing. I didn’t know what steps to take next and no one would return my calls. I just received a letter from the law offices representing the company I’m filing a claim against. Stating they will dismiss the case if my lawyers don’t respond within 30 days. Called the office and same thing, left a message with receptionist to have someone call me back. What a waste of a case and my time. Robert Ozeran was highly recommended to me by a close friend. However I will not be recommending his services to anyone. Sadly it’s probably not the owner’s fault but the associates handling my case. That’s still no excuse.

Peter and Delia was a great help they quickly assisted me and prepared me for me deposition they were great at getting my case settled in timely fashion.
