I’m giving one star bc of their Attorney Nicole Farrell - She is also representing Apartment Managment consultants - Who sans ANY proof , not one thread of pried sent over $8k of my husbands payroll to a fraudster ,in San Diego who opened an online acct at USAA, also with his Social Security- Its been 4 months - 3.5 weeks ago leaving FBI, she answered our call , in a very droll manner “ Ugg , I’ll call USAA & see if they have video & I will get back to you on Monday “ NVR responded - We have sent emails etc - USAA can’t help us until she files the claim . She is acting as if he dropped his pay on the street - NOT EVEN THE FORMS THEY SENT FOR THIS FRAUDSTER TO CERTIFY HIS IDENTITY WERE SIGNED ! Emails where the fraudulent human answered questions 6 -8 hours before Michelle in Payroll asked , her question to the answer came in hours later - Look the company is do far beyond following the law - Paid 4 months rent after husband left , while our daughter finished at SFSU, they sent a check for $16K , all we paid & 30 min later evicted us for NON PAYMENT ! Of course we won that - What kind of attorney do you hire at your firm ? The law is clear , we have proven well beyond what they asked that we were here in Colorado NVR BEEN TO SAN DIEGO - I swear this is an Iinside job - NOT ONE SPEC OF LINT ON A THREAD OF PROOF DID THEY ASK ! The law is clear , but they don’t seem to care - We have filed with FTC / FBI / gone to SS office , we are chasing our tails to thwart further harm - HOW CAN YOU HAVE AN ATTORNEY ON STAFF WHO SIMPLY IGNORES THEFT OF WAGES ???
