Tried to utilize this law firm for a disability case and was consistently disappointed at the lack of communication. Finally, when Social Security started to move things along and I felt I had been doing all of the work up until this point with 0 phone calls from my lawyer or paralegal I sent an email of my concerns over the lack of communication and that I felt I may need to look elsewhere for help. A woman named Serenidy called me, told me I was confused, continued to be very disrespectful and speak over me and was ultimately my final decision in firing this lawfirm from my case. I have now called and emailed multiple times over the span of almost two weeks and still have not recieved the release document I need for my new lawyer to take over. They did not care that I wanted to fire them as my lawyers and all they've done is make this process a million times harder for me, which is not what you want when experiencing an ailment that renders you disabled. Choose someone else.
