Completely impressed with this firm. I was blind sided with a lawsuit and their knowledge and expertise was exactly what was needed. Quickly responding, and they were very encouraging. Worth every penny to have them in your corner. Melissa Paul is extremely good at her job, goes above and beyond, is honest, and hardworking. ( she even reached out on a weekend ) I’m thankful I chose them to represent my case.

From the first meeting on a small real estate deal , to business law advice to personal planning, Mr Paul and his professional family have always given me honest guidance. I always felt welcome and not hurried. When I sat down for my first visit ever, Mr Paul had already reviewed and was very knowledgeable about the project we were looking at. No repeat visit needed. The front office receptionist answers the phone and is very good at directing calls and getting answers. There is no voice mail run arounds or dropped calls. Well they picked up the phone and were polite and courteous, and said they can do what i need, more than I can say for some other lawyers Ive called this morning.

Called four times over a two week timeframe for a matter that needed to be handled by the end of the year. Was directed to voicemail each time. Never heard back from the office.

I called them and they blew me off, referred me to the bosses son who has no experience and just got out of college, said they would call me back and never did. Very unprofessional. They felt I was not a big enough client to waste their time with. Little did they know they lost my business and everyone I know business as well. Go with someone else.

My experience with Mr. Michael P. Kelton was great. Told us the bottom line of our situation. "What you need to know, not necessarily what you want to hear" and that was good, no fluff, high hopes or pretensions. Then he gave us tips on how to negotiate our situation, which we used and were successful with. You have to pay for some things and wise and accurate counsel is worth the consultation fee.
