Worst experience ever honestly from the beginning interaction of the case manager to how they handle cases having my mother call and check on status updates with other companies while it's your job as the hired lawyer to be on top of the case and get it handled never sending anyone to them to get help

Generally had great experiences with them. my attorney was extremely straightfowarded. no sugar coatings, explained what the reality is and possible scenarios to be advised which helped me to understand whole situation I'm at. only one downside for me was a bit of difficulty in comunication with a number of individuals those whom in different depts just for a single case. My case was really unfortunate but so happy to be able to close the case with no issue for both parties at the end. Great people!

Terrible service. I was told to email my situation to see if I have a case. Two weeks later no one responded either by email or phone or letter. I will never chose this law firm to handle any case for me if they don't even have the courtesy to respond back whether they will accept my case or not.

I am currently a client for a car accident case from July 2025 that has still not closed. To get updated on my case I am the one that has to call the firm to hear anything. I had to call after being a client for a month and a half to speak with my lawyer, because no one reached out. I am the person who did what the firm should have done and let them know about the money from my own auto insurance company. I feel like I am just a number and I have been getting the run around for my entire case. Now I am being told that my medical bills are still exceeding the insurance payment and I should call my medical insurance company to complain about them taking too long to respond to the law firm. In my experience, the newer commercials for the firm are a lie, 3 months or less is not what is happening with my case. They have the money from the car insurance companies; therefore, they have gotten paid... myself; however, I have not been able to work and I am at over $26k in lost wages alone. I started going to the doctor they wanted me to go to and after 4 visits I was told to stop or there would be no money left. I do not recommend this law firm to anyone. Choosing this firm has been the worst mistake I have made in a very long time.

Im currently a client of paul Powell an 17 months later still don't know the name of the attorney handling my case...So yes it would appear that I am just another number in their process....Haven't received any emails or any correspondence regarding the case.....Not pleased at all,
