The experience of dealing with this law firm was more stressful than actually going through the accident. If you want to get in touch with them - good luck. I started sending emails for my own record due to the lack of trust I had for them. Got in an accident 1 1/2 months ago and I still don’t have my car fixed. Incompetent is an understatement… I was in a 0% fault accident with full coverage insurance yet their first thought when it came to fixing my car and defendant’s coverage being in question was to wait weeks on end to figure that out vs have my insurance start repairs and then settle with defendant’s insurance afterward for recovery. I would have better handled this on my own. My case got thrown out and the day they dropped me as a client was the biggest sigh of relief to no longer have to deal with them. They hardly acknowledge you when you’re a client and even less so once you’re not and just requesting appropriate documentation of phone conversations. Go anywhere else and please read what you’re signing!
