The experience of dealing with this law firm was more stressful than actually going through the accident. If you want to get in touch with them - good luck. I started sending emails for my own record due to the lack of trust I had for them. Got in an accident 1 1/2 months ago and I still don’t have my car fixed. Incompetent is an understatement… I was in a 0% fault accident with full coverage insurance yet their first thought when it came to fixing my car and defendant’s coverage being in question was to wait weeks on end to figure that out vs have my insurance start repairs and then settle with defendant’s insurance afterward for recovery. I would have better handled this on my own. My case got thrown out and the day they dropped me as a client was the biggest sigh of relief to no longer have to deal with them. They hardly acknowledge you when you’re a client and even less so once you’re not and just requesting appropriate documentation of phone conversations. Go anywhere else and please read what you’re signing!

Worst law firm i have a accident claim me and my daughter and I cant get ahold of anyone I always have to leave a message and then call them. Nothing is getting done I dont recommend going with them. I'm very unhappy and upset with their service. I feel they are dragging things out to make more money for themselves instead of help us.

The law firm has very unprofessional people they always dont answer there phone they lack of customer service , and I had a bad experience with their firm they dont acknowledge their clients like they advertise, so I have to chance lawyers to feel better takecare and a vulnerable moment they should be more condescending with their clients but they are not its very disappointing, now the I change lawyers they taking their sweet time to transfer my files to my new lawyers, very very unprofessional.

Dean Smith at Paz Law is an incredible attorney. He cares for his clients and does everything possible to maximize their recovery. Very un professional especially Diana , changed my case manager more than 3 times so i dont even know who to communicate with . When asked about my medical expenses Diana said to not worry about it when i was trying to write everything down for personal reasons and continued to give me attitude when asking about my medical expenses saying. Highly don't recommend them for injury cases . Edwin needs to hire better employees

Had my case 4 years ago and my case 2 years ago was closed and settled. They lied and told the specialist that the case was dropped even though i got my settlement years ago to avoid paying the 1k bill. I have been expecting a return call back and have reached out so many times to try to resolve this; they have yet to answer. I should not have to literally PAY for their mistake. Irresponsible people, they do not deserve your business. Don't waste your time.
