Somebody made a left in front of me while I was riding a motorized bicycle at 40mph. I went to the hospital and almost died. I googled accident lawyers and called two before I got to Peck Law. Both of them blew me off and probably considered it to be a waste of their time. Not Spencer Peck. I could tell in about 5 minutes that I had called the right guy. Not for one minute in any of our communications did I feel like he was slacking or lacking in any way. This dude was on the ball constantly. He would contact me without me contacting him first all the time. He was prompt in responses to me and didn't ignore me or take longer than an hour on weekdays. He stayed on my case and didn't screw around. After like, 2 months the case was settled and he wrote me a check. Didn't lag on that either. He did NOT play games with my money. Gave it right to me. All those previously called firms had to do was hang in there for a couple months and they would have made easy money. Idiots. Spencer Peck knew there was a case and handled it. I got paid AND QUICK. It’s annoying to find an attorney whose website claims they work on specific cases then for the attorney to simply say no. If you get a perfectly healthy tooth pulled instead of the one listed on all documents don’t reach out to this attorney. Waste of time, just wants to refer you to another attorney. I can’t stand an attorney who thinks they’re “too good” to take your case.
