I used your services a year ago for an accident and everything went very well. I received fair compensation as stated in the contract, and the service was excellent. On November 18, a family member was involved in an accident and I wanted to hire your services again, but this time I was unsuccessful. I believe that the person who handled my call did not want to help me proceed with the case, as I called another company and they resolved everything in less than 15 minutes. I do not know the name of the person who assisted me, but it was a man, and I called between November 20 and November 30 of this year during the morning hours. The service provided by this person was terrible and there was zero willingness to help. I had to call twice; during the first call he told me he would call me back and he never did. Additionally, it seemed easier for him to mislead me by saying that the case would not go anywhere, when another company resolved everything very quickly.
