I had a consultation with this firm regarding a potential medical malpractice matter and truly appreciated the time and care they took. Attorney Peter DeFilippis personally reviewed my medical records and was gracious, thoughtful, and professional throughout the process. The firm has been caring and respectful, and I’m grateful for the attention they gave to my case.

My son and I were in a horrific accident when another vehicle came into our lane at 60 miles per hour and hit us head on. My son broke his back and I suffered multiple injuries and still suffer from emotional distress. The accident happened out of state in NY and I did not know where to find an attorney so I went on line and found a very informative advertisement for Attorney Peter DeFilippis & Associates in New York. I called his office and was able to speak directly with Peter himself, that day. He was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and before I finished my conversation with him; I knew he was the right attorney to hire. Peter got right on our case immediately contacting all insurance companies involved and the hospital that cared for us for several days after we were rushed there in an ambulance. That was only the beginning cause my son and I required ongoing medical care that is continuing as we speak. My son's back issues, will be a life long problem for him. He is only 30 and will not able to enjoy the many sports activities he loved to do anymore! I do want to thank Peter DeFilippis for all that he has done for my son and I and to share these thoughts to anyone who might read this post and is looking for an excellent attorney. Peter has been fantastic and has exceeded our expectations. He has been unwavering in pursuing what is justly owed to us. His follow up and follow thru is impeccable.
