I love working with this firm for more than one year there doc prep service is great

I approached this consulting firm for help with a serious legal matter involving my property dispute. I was desperate and trusted their promises after the first consultation. I paid them $950 as an advance for documentation and case handling. After that, it was complete silence. No replies to emails, no returned calls—just total ignorance. After weeks of chasing them, I was told the person handling my case had "left the company" and no one else had any clue about my file. I had deadlines in court, and their delay caused me to lose a critical hearing. Their negligence has directly affected my case and caused me irreversible damage. This is not just poor service—it’s playing with people's lives. I feel robbed and betrayed. Be careful before you trust them with anything important.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. I paid PF Consulting Firm a $750 retainer over a month ago, expecting professional help with a deeply personal and urgent matter. After the payment went through, they completely disappeared. No emails, no phone calls, no updates — just silence. I reached out multiple times via phone and email and left countless messages, all ignored. Out of sheer desperation, I traveled to their Georgia office in person, only to be met with confusion — no one even knew who I was supposed to meet with. This isn’t just unprofessional; it’s cruel and unethical. I trusted them with something that affects my child’s future, and they treated me like I didn’t exist. Avoid this firm at all costs — they took my money and vanished. I wouldn't wish this kind of betrayal on anyone.

I come from Haiti, and they really help me with my TPS papers. They take time to explain everything and help me change my TPS to get my green card. After that, they help me file K1 visa for my fiancé back home. I thank them so much because now my family have hope to be together.

I paid a $750 retainer over a month ago & have been ignored since. I even flew to GA to speak to Carlina Pridgen in person and was told they don’t even know who she is. I’m now having to file a lawsuit due to this egregious lack of communication and failure to render services. The worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life, she’s playing with peoples money who are trying to fight for their kids!! I’m utterly disgusted 🤮
