I have used Blake Webber for many house closes. Him and Kim Matt helped fast track my clothes so that I could watch the fireworks from my new house! There works late and hard the day before a holiday and I really appreciate it. I will keep using them in the future. If you saw my review previously, you will see that I have since returned and improved the score. I was unhappy with a few things that happened along the way, and things were definitely messy, but Derrick did come through and helped save the contract involving the sale of our house. He also made right on an issue that arose months later regarding a check that I had provided his office. In my experience, it may take some time, effort, and extreme patience, but Derrick will work to get the job done.
