I don’t even know where to begin. What Anh Phoong and her team did for me truly means more than I can put into words. My case took almost two years, and it was not an easy time in my life, but my case manager, Jade Dang, stayed right there with me through it all. She was always patient, reassuring me, and reminding me that they were working hard for me and that things would be okay.
