They saved my estate from Medicaid swooping in and taking everything I had because my wife has been put in a nursing home. They work their magic with my properties. They took care of dealing with the nursing home issues and Medicaid. They made it possible for me to pay the nursing home which was a pre-requirement prior to Medicaid taking over. They actually saved me and made it possible for me to continue to live without worries about Medicaid stealing everything. I am worried free I'll pay any bills monthly for my wife care of $16000 per month in the nursing home .They set up s trust with money from my wife's IRA which is something that my children can draw from. Called and spoke to them. Was promised a call back about an urgent group of questions and seeing if they could represent me. I was told I’d be called back the next day, instead a week later I had to call to see if they forgot about me. I was informed they couldn’t help and would have someone else call me with a list of referrals. During a time like this being treated with just a bit of respect for my time would have changed my entire view. If after a week of knowing you couldn’t help me and my family you could have a page in my file with a list of referrals. I will not wait again in hopes you follow through with a call tomorrow. For future possible clients: Treat them like you or your family would like to be treated during a loss of a family member. Just with respect for people’s time and transparency on possible responses. If it’s going to be a week tell me a week not the next day.

My financial advisor talked to me about becoming Medicaid Ready and strongly recommended Piede Law. The staff educated me in the benefit of the "program."
