I am a criminal defense attorney in Nassau County, Long Island, New York. Chad Piotrowski’s law firm in South Florida alleviates my frustration of not directly being able to help someone when the incident did not occur in the state where we practice. I would like to back up my assertions with facts. A few months ago, a dear old client of our law firm called me saying that her co-worker is in a total frenzy because her son was going through a very difficult situation in the Miami area needing competent legal representation: “Gianni, I know she cannot hire you because this is not in New York, and I know it’s a longshot, but do you know someone down there as effective as you are?” I responded: “Indeed!” Long story short, within a few short weeks, the whole matter was resolved with a dismissal of all the charges.
