Being stalked & harassed by this company for a couple years in regards to a debt that is invalid and false .The date of the incident being claimed was long after my resignation from the company I was working for & I paid these people the $250 and now there sending letters it’s increased claiming they never got my money. The guy Frank on the customer service line was laughing and telling me I should’ve followed up but after two years of no harrassing letters I thought they recieved the payment and left me alone. I recorded the conversation since it’s a recorded line also.He says that “Jenny” is the manager who wrote my letter but “Jerry” is the name on the letter I was sent. I’ve spoken to the company that supposedly filed this claim and they have no recollection or idea of what the hell im talking about. I told the guy Frank to please read outloud the file date of the report/ incident date & he said quoted “why does that matter?” Umm probley because it’s my legal right to ask about a incident filed againest me but thank you for proof that this is a scam company who wants to take peoples money & then claim they never got it! Maybe Frank knows where my money went cuz he got overly defensive
