No matter what the outcome of the case would have been, I would have always given five stars. The outcome of our case did turn out very well. Gary really likes his questions answered with a yes or no. I am the type to try and elaborate on something. That took some getting used to. Gary has good intentions. When I first encountered Gary, he came off as an absolute jerk--please do not let the frocking period fool you! In time, I knew that it was his way of helping me stand strong in just about any difficult situation. He would bark questions and if they were closed-ended, you better believe that you should answer them as such or he would rattle your cage to remind you to answer appropriately. He stuck it out with me to the very end. There was even one time in which I needed his guidance on a weekend and I called, expecting it to go to voicemail, but he picked up and he helped me at the drop of a hat. I wouldn't be surprised if he decides to practice law until the day he dies, because he seemed to be living, eating, and breathing my case, sometimes late into the night or on weekends, and for that I am truly grateful. Thank you for working so hard for me, Gary!

We secured Gary's service to protect our rights and our family from CPS, an agency who I found shows no respect for the law or our rights as citizens. Normally you would think you wouldn't have to get a lawyer if you were not in the wrong. Unfortunately that is not the case and this agency threatened us and tried to manipulate us several times throughout their "investigation". We were told they wanted access to our home to search for weapons and that we would need to answer all of their questions or risked having our four children taken from the home. This all was over my 15 year old son getting in a fight with another kid from school resulting in a black eye. Long story short Gary shut them down with his knowledge of the law and experience dealing with their corrupt tactics. I truly feel sorry for the low income families that this CPS agency clearly takes advantage of. Thank you Gary for protecting our family.

Gary Preble is a man of his word. He doesn’t waste time on pointless things, but gets right to it. I wanted an attorney with ‘Old fashion’ values - that gets right to the point - and I found him! I was a bit surprised at first when he said ‘yes or no answers’ but I soon realized that he knew what information he needed, knew how to get that information, and wasn’t trying to waste my money with unneeded details. Once I figured this out - I found out that Gary did what he said he would do - never wasted my time, and most definitely knows what he is doing! His experience showed!
