I'm glad I went with these guys. They are fast, courteous, and professional. I never have a problem with communication. If Donna says she'll do it she will.

Hired them for my workers comp situation. They wanted to do the bare minimum to get their money and left me with bills and a unfortunate situation. I would recommend any other worker comp lawyer besides them.

I spoke with James Kole yesterday he was very non chalant like I was bothering them was supposed to send my documents to sign to retain them never did I CALLED SCOTT AND WALLACE THIS MORNING WITHIN SPEAKING TO THE INTAKE PERSON I WAS CONTACTED WITHIN 30 minutes after to confirm I indeed had a case and sent the documents immediately so proctor and kole U SNOOZE U LOOSE THE BEST FIRM WON YALL ARE UNPROFESSIONAL OLD AND JUST NEED TO RETIRE

We strive to be flexible, accommodating and professional. In the interest of time and safety as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, often a phone appointment will be set up to discuss a case. Here, a phone appointment was set the morning after we were first contacted. We thought there was a case and offered our help. However, we need signed paperwork to begin working on any case. We welcome potential clients to meet us in person or will gladly make other accommodations to ease a stressful process in these difficult times. Just let us know how we can help.
