Its been almost two years since I've heard back from David Engelsher and my case has been open since 2011, that's over 10 years with no traction. Do you see the issue here?

Called to schedule an appointment today, 11/01/16 at 5:01 pm. When I greeted the lady who answered the phone, she rudely hung up on me and when I tried to call back, no one would pick up my call.
