Nick was kind and patient. My wife (of 23 awesome years marriage) and I had a Colonial Penn life insurance policy. She passed away 2/24/24. They probably have the most aggressive promotion in the country. Assured beneficiaries would receive their benefits. Colonial Penn (not being proactive) took until August to pay me and the mortuary didn't receive it. Now the second, our beloved niece in the Philippines has not received her payment to date.
