I’m a little late with my review — I’m on the disabled side, so things came up and I got a bit distracted. But this man definitely deserves recognition. Usman Qureshi went the extra mile for me! A lot of this stuff is over my head, but he took the time to explain everything to me in simple, easy-to-understand terms. I’m dealing with some health challenges, and he was very kind and understanding — never rushed me or asked a bunch of unnecessary questions.
