From the start Allen was very helpful and full of knowledge in regard to my citation. I didn't have to do a thing, he handled it all. I'm a CDL hazmat (hazardous material) driver and I was cited for "failing to stop at railroad crossing" which is a VERY serious violation in my line of work. From the beginning, he was honest about what my options were and he quickly put me at ease about what to expect by breaking my citations/violations down to me in layman's terms and providing me with best and worse case scenarios, which I really appreciated.
