I am deeply grateful and respectful toward Rabin Law. I sincerely appreciate your guidance and support throughout a challenging period. strongly recommend his services if you need an attorney.
Avoid at all costs. He lost a major case for my wife who lost control of her Sportster after hitting a 3" deep manhole on a freshly slurried road. Two municipalities were involved which he never filed the required notice of claim within 90 days against them per NYS law, on the summons and complaint didn't even have the county correct where the accident occurred. A total mess! This was in 2021 and we are still paying out of our pockets for medical not covered.
I had a great experience with Rabin Law Firm. They were very helpful, professional, and treated me like family. I’m grateful for their support and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance.

As the Service Manager for Harley-Davidson of Utica I refer all my customers to Mr. Rabin for legal advise and representation from speeding tickets to the unfortunate motorcycle accidents. Ben and his Team @ Rabin Law Firm have represented my employees, family members and myself personally countless times over the years. He has a vast legal knowledge of the legal system and anyone who's hired him have raved over the service Ben provides. I would give him 10 Stars if I could !!!
