Was in an accident earlier today and wanted some guidance for what my next steps should be. Within ten minutes of filling out the brief questionnaire Chris, one of the partners, called and helped me. He was kind, patient, and offered an abundance of advice. I am still figuring out what all my next steps are, but I will absolutely be reaching back out to Rafi if I need legal help in the process!

complete waste of our time. we were lied to regarding our case during our consultation and found out a whole month later that we couldn't be represented. our person of contact was always confused and could never answer our questions. do not recommend. RESPONSE: to your response, we were told certain things during our consultation that wasn't true (waste of time) we called to inquire about the process as this wasn't originally explained (waste of time) we asked if we were wasting our time based on our person of contact answers to our SIMPLE questions. This entire process was a waste of out time and we strongly feel that you all knew this ahead of time, but continued to waste our time so again DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
