Excellent service and knowledgeable staff.
I leased an office at 535 Central Avenue, owned and managed by attorney George Rahdert. What looked like a professional historic property turned out to be an unsafe and neglected building. The air conditioning system does not function, multiple walls show active water intrusion, and several balconies are deteriorating to the point of visible structural failure — as seen in the attached photos. Repeated emails requesting repair were ignored or met with excuses. The building remains largely empty, except for a few long-term associates, which makes sense given its state. After months of unaddressed issues, my company moved out. Mr. Rahdert then refused to return our security deposit or acknowledge the situation. This is not how a licensed attorney and property owner should conduct business. Prospective tenants and legal clients should take this as a warning: the building is unsafe, poorly maintained, and managed with disregard for tenant welfare and basic accountability.
I was recently involved in a head on collision in south Georgia. In search of representation, I really appreciate the thoroughness of information and time Steve spent in evaluating my accident and the information provided. Definitely experienced in multiple aspects of the insurance industry and legal processes. Big thank you for assisting. I would definitely recommend speaking with this practice for consult.

While I can't comment on their practice of law, I was here as one of the tenants here and the conditions of the building were inconsistent with the rent they are asking. We voiced our concerns to management but it became apparent our concerns for our health and safety were ignored and we had no choice but to leave. If you're looking at this building to lease, I'd look elsewhere.
