Shantal SUCKS. Who hires someone like this to answer calls or questions. Extremely rude and unprofessional. When calling for a consult, your answers shouldn't be mostly UM'S and IDK. What a joke. Can't imagine the attorney is good if this is who he has taking calls. DO YOUR TEAM A FAVOR AND GET RID OF HER.

Ralph and his team were amazing. I got into an accident and have never dealt with using an attorney. They were extremely helpful and made everything easy for me to understand and guided me throughout the whole process. Being in an accident is bad enough but then dealing with the stress of everything that comes from it was a huge fear. But they put my fears at ease. Thanks again guys. Simply AMAZING.

Where can I start? From beginning to end I got nothing but great advise and on how to go about my case. He was hands on and I didn’t talk to operators when I needed to get ahold of him and when I couldn’t reach him he’d return my calls. He always cared about my health and to getting me back to where I was before my accident or as close it could get to my old self he def gave me a second chance even though me and him talked about our priority was my health he got me the compensation I deserved. Ralph Swartz is just plain rediculous! They Lied to us about investigating on the lady that hit my wife in an accident which occured almost a year ago. The office staff never really kept in contact with us about anything other than what they needed signed from us. They are just rude and liars i would not refer them to any of my family and friends! I did not get any money from getting this lawyer at all!
