I am a client of John Ramey, my case was settled 4 months ago, I am currently homeless, and spent thanksgiving in the trunk of my car with my 5 kids, we are currently living day to day and in the last 2 weeks we have slept in the car about 6 times, I have substantial back damage, and am in a lot of pain. I requested a loan and john will not complete the paperwork for me to get a loan. he does not answer the phone, and when he does he gives me the run around saying I will be paid next week for the last 3 months his staff is rude, and this situation has been a nightmare. I WANT MY MONEY JOHN

Very unprofessional. They do not pay their bills. PRS has an unpaid invoice from this office since 2019 Invoice #: 10641 for $190 still unpaid as of today. They requested a service for a client who much later moved to a different law office and now they refuse to pay even though it was them who requested this service and they agreed to pay within 15 days. To add to that; Their client did not request our services, it was one of their case managers, who also signed the form online agreeing to pay within 15 days (We still have his signature on the request form and we sent it to them but I guess they do not care). Why should your client or the new law firm representing him be charged for a service YOU requested? We have reached out to the new law firm and they have said the same "We will not be held responsible for the services acquired by a different law office" If you believe they should pay, then pay us, and then resolve it with them. Furthermore, you forgot to add your previous client changed law firms almost a year after you had requested our services. So you had a full year to pay us and still refused to after a year of emails and phone calls. Why would Google delete this review when you just admitted you do have our invoice and you still refuse to pay us. I just took screenshot too.

They will leave you hanging with no reason

When James and Christa with Ramey Law were brought onto the team for my case I didn't know what to expect. However, everything went smooth and the outcome was amazing. I was always informed on what was going on with my case, they kept in touch with me constantly letting me know what the next step would be and made me feel comfortable and confident to prepare for trial. I am however, thankful that we didn't have to take it to trial my amazing team got the job done through mediation! I would definitely recommend this law firm to anyone.
