They were very clear in verbal and written communication what information would be needed to expedite the process. At the beginning of the contract I received a letter with expectations and also what I would receive in return if I chose to accept the contract. The full cost for the services was also explained. I accepted, and everything went very smoothly. I made sure to meet my part of the contract by providing as many documents that I could obtain, to be included along with the application forms.
